looking for notary in Batam

Please furnish me with info as I am looking for notary in Batam.  My son has yet to marry a Batam girl and preparing to purchase house in Barelang.  We are Malaysians.  Do you think we would face any problems to buy the house, Darulssalam project. TQ

They must have a prenup agreement stating he has no right to any land bought as a couple.
