Looking for notary in East Jakarta (hibah / property transfer)

Hello everyone,

I am currently looking for recommendations for a reliable notary in East Jakarta who has experience handling property transfer (hibah) from parents to a child.

The situation is somewhat specific because the recipient lives overseas and the process may require the use of a power of attorney through an Indonesian consulate (KJRI) or apostille.

If anyone has gone through a similar process or can recommend a knowledgeable notary, I would greatly appreciate your advice.
