D visa - Family reunification _ response from Embassy to do a payment

Dear friends,

I have applied for d visa 24 march 2022. For me as work visa and my wife n baby as family reunification.

Today I received this email form the embassy regarding my wife application to due a payment to Bruxelles. What does this email means? Is might any decision made?

Note I didn't receive for my n baby applications any response so far.

DONNEES A CARACTERE PERSONNEL - PERSOONSGEGEVENS

Dear Madam,

In regards the your visa application an amount of 209 EURO for administration fees needs to be deposited into the following bank account:

ABC

When forwarding the payment, please quote the full name, date of birth and nationality of applicant + respect the following structure: Name + First Name + nationality + Date of Birth ( ddmmaaaa)

Hello,

that's the fee for the family reunion process for your wife & child...

So you've to do a bank transfert to the immigration and make sure you respect the communication and you give them the reciepe / bank statement

Dear Friend,

I have recently applied for Family reunion visa for my wife & daughter. After we submit their paperwork to VFS for processing, we have been told the same thing. Our was 181 eur per person (beside the 180eur visa fee per person) to be paid in Brussels to the bank account of Office des Etrangers.. You can find the details of the payment in below link.

So this is usual process and fees thay you must pay for Family Reunion visa. I hope this info helps.

@CageMan this process fee we were told is only for members 18yrs old and above. Kids are not required to pay.

Usually it takes 3 to 4 months i have been told. Including police check (place they will stay. In this case my 2br apartment). But... I do know a Belgian gentleman who is retired from Immigration. He helped and shortened my process. He said he will help my family as well.. Ofcourse with a little cash gratitude..

Pls concerning the fee to be paid at home office Brussels. I’m a spouse to a Belgian, He’s working and earning enough. Do I need to pay the fee of €181 when applying for my visa.

Yes, only children bellow 18 years old and stateless people are free of charge/fee.

Everybody else ==> you pay

Hello all,

I am applying for the D-Visa under the research category for Belgium. We are also applying for my spouse and baby, which will be D-visa under family reunification. I am a Turkish citizen and we apply all at the same time (although application forms are separate). On the webpage it says:

"One fee must be paid per application and per person. By way of derogation, if an application is lodged by a family, this family pays only one fee if the partners are married or legal cohabitants and the application is lodged jointly and on the same legal basis for all family members."

So should we pay 126 euros or 126+181euros or 126+181+181euros?

It is confusing to me because of the same legal basis for all family members' statements. Our category will be different thus should we pay both amounts?
