Transfer request

Wait for 14 days from request date from
QIWA, it will automatically cancelled. Tell your new employer to request again, accept it. The status will be “ Pending Notice period completion” (90 days)

Same situation. Mine will expire on october 13. I have an offer from a new company,  shall i advise them to send me the request on qiwa as soon as possible or should i wait till my contract will end? If i dont renew my current contract will it automatically approved on qiwa or my current employer will have grounds for rejecting?

untill your current employer did not approve you can not move
did you even update your current employer that you have this offer in qiwa ?

Yes I already informed regarding the transfer request.

Does it means that if the current employer ignore or reject the request the second request will accepted automatically with notice period .?

What will happen after the 90 days notice period? No need for current employer approval as shown in the first request attempt? Would it be automatically transfered after completion of notice period?

NOTICE PERIOD means your current employer already accepted your request, but be noted till the last day of your notice period current employer have full rights to change his decision and cancel his approval for transfer.

What if current employer ignores it.. I mean not acceot nor reject.. Doesnt take any action. What will happen to the second request attempt?

before getting offer you should inform your current employer that you are looking for another option, once you get the offer you should also inform you employer that request is with him.

If you will only accept in QIWA and wait your employer will  not take any action and in 12 days it will be expired.

So direct communication is very important without this nothing will happen.

Yah i did. Old company HR informed that I will change sponsor. He agreed. But then after i informed him that i have already request transfer from another company and needs to be approved, he refused. That is why im asking how would it be if he didnt take action... Some said transfer request in qiwa will be automatically cancelled after 14 days. So, what if your new company will send again request transfer for the second time, would this again notify your old company for approval. By the way, my contract already finished and I already stop working... just waiting for the transfer to be approved.

if no action has been taken on request in 14 days it will become void or expired.
you can ask offer in QIWA again from same employer if request is expired no restriction you can keep asking again and again.
even you can ask multiple sponsor to send you offer in qiwa at a same time ..
but yes you can select only at a time.

My question is, does it will notify again in your old employer for approval? Or it will proceed to another transfer status, like 'pending for notice period'.. Or still the same.. 'pending for current employer approval'... This is the one i want to be answered of.. . Anyone experience same situation and proceed to next status or still the same status 'pending for current employer approval' for the second request attempt
