Hello guys,

I have just arrived in Belgium this weekend for work with Single permit. And I was asked to register at the local commune, which I took an apointment for.
I am currently blocked, cannot work or open a bank account or pay for stuff using a card
My question is how much time does it take to get the Annex 49? then how much time for the ID Card?

You can open bank account with your passport and once you get your residence permit you can visit bank so they can update. At least BNP can open your account with passport.

Indeed, ING can also open an account with your passport and once you have the residence permit, they will update their records.
