Anyone from you guys who knows the MAIN CONTRACTOR of the following hotel projects in KSA? My friend of mine is requesting this for his research works. Hope you will be able to help me and my friend. Thanks.

It is really hard to collect these info, especially most of these hotel has operated since long time ago, and most of the contractor have already lift the sites.

Hi Tony,
I am also interested to get more information about Hotel construction and first of all, how to have requirements in issuance of Hotel Permit from Municipality in Riyadh without mediator or Wasta in order for us to start Excavation and Building work. Anyone could share some procedures to start the Hotel construction as Expats contractor.
