Sir I am working in Riyadh Metro Project with CCC from last 5 years 8 months so I get offer letter from onther company. In my iqama 5 months reaming for Expiry. My old company HR told me we will deduct the amount of the iqama of reaming months so I agree for deduction fees. My company give me release to transfer the sponsorship in 15 days. But problem is that my new company have not online qiwa service so thay sent me sample letter for transfer Sponsorship but my company told me they sent request only online by qiwa platform we will accept otherwise we will not accept manually transfer. Otherwise my company will give me finel exit visa to send me home. What I do sir please help me

there is offices farddi masusa you can go to them and for the mean time transfer your iqama so you will be safe later you will have time to do transfer again

no need to ask your company for accepting request just ask your new company for uploading your agreement and you accept that agreement finish

Sir my new company no access to online qiwa system. Only manually access. both companies give me to much tension.

Try to get another job somewhere else.
Making Qiwa account is not difficult. It can be done in one day.
That new company is playing with you.
Try to get another job offer from some other company or ask your current employer to settle this down and continue your work with them.
