I'm at home in England. And do like my hill/mountain walking.
Here I can easily buy 1:50 000 scale maps showing public foot paths national park areas etc.
Is there an equivalent map I can buy about Mauritius?
I would like to walk to the top of Le Monde. As well as other "mountain's". Black River area etc.

You can buy them at the Ministry of housing in Ebene, Mauritius.
You will get 1:25000 maps but the hiking trails are not well indicated.
Le Morne hike is quite straightforward and will not require any maps.
We organise hiking, canyoning, climbing trips as well as lasertag on the island. Let me know if you need any other assistance.

Ohh. Wow. In my head even at 25 k I'm surprised.
But I guess I would only need a few.
