well thats nice, just check the university and college in which you are trying to get admission. Because these days many universities are there and some of their degree's are not even completely valid. So just check eveythin about the university and college before payin any fee,

depends on the city is big city it might cost a lot otherwise its average. it also depends the way you will live
otherwise i think India is not that costly as other countries (expect few cities)
