I would like to know what is the provision of labor law in favor of expat in regard to
family dependent fees to be paid by employer or employee

specially when one of expat transfer from one company to other company with his family under his iqama and valid during the transfer

any agreement or policy for company need in this regard or who responsible to pay depended fee for expat worker

You should have asked this question and negotiate on it that employer shall bear the levy fee of your dependent BEFORE signing job offer or contract. If this does not stipulate on your signed contract, you have to pay the levy of your dependent out from your pocket.
