Ex-Saudi wanting to go back to the Kingdom

Good day fellow nurses. Anyone here who can give me enlightenment? Here's my case:
I worked in KSA for 3 years as nurse technician in my Saudi Council license. However, i already exited without having a dataflow result. It was processed but the status is "unable to share final report". I exited without having been able to fix it. And now I want to re-apply. My SC license is expired 3 years ago.
1. Can I start over? Can I take the prometrics again (this time as a nurse specialist) and process new dataflow with my married name and renewed passport number?
2. If I need to re-new my license, how will I do it? I forgot my mumaris account and I don't have CME hours.
Please help me. Thank you so much.
