Re enter in oman on visit or UAE visa

Hi,
Can someone help me to clear about the issue of re-entering in Oman after cancelled my employment visa.

Actually i am going to cancel my employment visa and then there are two options me to come back , one is visit visa or other option is i will get the UAE employment visa then i can?
Even i have heard there is one visa that is business visit n that is valid for 6 months with multiple entries.

Kindly if someone can help me and confirm me which option is good and clear without any problem.
