Romanian citizen marry Malaysian citizen who has New Zeeland PR

Hello
I need your help here about my future husband who is Malaysian. I am Romanian. Can he travel/reside/and work free of visa in EU with me if we would be already married ? Can he get Romanian PR ? Does he need to living in Romania to get PR ? or he get it just by marriage ? I am intending to living in his country and get his country's PR first. He also has New Zeeland PR , will I get NZ PR also after marriage or do I need to stay in NZ for some years ? I am not materialistic 
I just need to know what rights we will have .. Thanks !
