There is a private company in Muscat, there are many labour's employment Visa already expired before 5-6 months ago. But the company not renew the visa of these employees. Now the matter is labours want to go their native place whether after renewal of Visa or cancel the visa. But company not giving any answer of that. How can they go to India with out any illegal issue.

The affected Indian expatriate employees must go together and lodge a formal complaint with the Indian Embassy. That would be the safest way out.

But they are not educated and they don't know where to go. Also they are afraid to complaint against the company.
