Are there any notable "expat" New Year's Eve parties/gatherings (e.g., with dinner and dancing), say in Brussels?

Best is go to the Grand Place on New Year`s Eve and enjoy the party there.

I have a friend that went to the Grand Place for the New Year's Eve. It says that it was well organized and he liked it a lot.
He might go again next year.
