COE no chamber of commerce

Hi guys! Im bothered that my employer will not put chamber of commerce seal on my certificate of employment. I heard a news that chamber of commerce riyadh is doing it online and the only one who can do it is the employer. So it's not possible that I get stamp by myself.
Is it still possible to be hired by a government hospital in riyadh like prince sultan military medical city even if my coe doesn't have chamber of commerce stamp?
