Will they allow my new baby to travel without iqama ?

I am an expat working in Jeddah. we are expecting our new baby after two months.  we both are on work visa.  we would like to go to india once baby passport is ready.

my question is can we  (me wife and new baby) Travel without making iqama for baby?  because i will not have so much money to pay the levy for my baby before we travel.

I will make it once i returned back to KSA.
So do they allow my new baby to travel without iqama and just with birth certificate and passport?
