terminated

i am terminated by the company and now my work was stoped. but still they not giving form to signiture my termination. i always ask them if i will get the salary ive duty, that was 1&1/2 month. they answer me "yes" just wait. but still i am asking them if they will provide my exit visa, HR told me "NO". he said  i will get that. Also ticket i will book, and just wait for the salary.
      I realy dont know what article for my contract termination, i ask them but still no answer.

now i call HR, i ask him about exit visa. answer was i will get that, and i will pay the processing.
