i am turning 1 year here in ksa this may. my contract is 2 years but i already asked my employer that i want to resign this may because of some problems in the philippines that needs me. they told me to wait until end of ramadan.my company now is in red category of niqata, will they able to do my exit visa? and also, do i have any right to asked them i really need to go home? or will i pay.. please i need answers. thanks

Exit visa is one thing that can always be done irrespective of which category your company is in. For obvious reasons

The payment angle really depends on what your contract with the company is and what it says about resignation.

sir, i just want to know some things.the duration of my contract is 2 years but 1 just want to finish 1 year because some problem arises. in my contract it states that i can terminate it but i have to submit resignation letter 1 month before it. in my case i had rendered my resignation 2 months ago and they told me to wait until end of ramadan. my manager already sign it. if ever he will not give me my exit visa this june, do i have any right to insist that i really need to go home?
