I just want to ask if iam entitled to 21 days annual vacation.and is this full paid.iam working in a company for 1year and 3 months now.please give me some advise I don't really know exactly my rights as per Saudi labor law.thanks in advance

Yes, a total of 30 days per year is what is provided

21 days is the legal minimum for people working less than 5 years at any employer.

Thank you for the replies but who's responsible for buying the ticket back and forth in case an employee wants to take a vacation?
