Arrival on VISIT Visa

samaaz

Need some information regarding arrival in Bahrain on Visit visa.
Only thing i know is that there should be OK to Board on the ticket issued by the airline.
Any thing else needs to be done, like do i have to submit visit visa at Bahrain airport before they arrive.

It used to be that if you had a "paper" visa, it had to be submitted at the airport at the Marhaba counter with 8 BD (3 BD Marhaba fee and 5 BD visa fee paid on entry).  They would then bring the physical visa to the passenger.

You can still see people depositing these at the airport.  However, scanned copies also allow the passenger to get through - from my recent experiences with family members.

Thank you for the reply,
So sending the scanned copy of Visa to them will by enough ,
then no need to submit at the airport right ?

XTang

Send them scanned copy and it should be enough.

However, this is very recent so there might be hiccups.  If you are receiving them, take the original copy with you just in case.

Sure i will take the original with me as well,
Thanks Again.
