But what if his employer blacklists him? he will not be allowed to enter Oman again, also there were rumors that a common blacklist could be shared between GCC countries, so decide wisely

As of today there’s no common blacklisting phenomenon happening in the GCC countries. Getting Ban in one of the GCC country will not effect the opportunity in the other GCC country !!

Why he need to put me in black list.  I didn’t made any crime here in Oman.  There is no issue because of me here.  Without any reason can he put me in black list

The ban should be couple of years or i am not able to come in oman in my life

Check this on the Oman forum, how long the ban stays for !!
