I saksham am planning for my post graduation in Canada,
My application has been accepted by Centennial College and George Brown college for Jan'18.
could anyone please suggest me as to which college would give more importance in my resume for job.
As the course m planning for is Financial Planning,

I have no clue about that course and which college. Most important is that you also have to brush up your command of English given that folks in that industry has lots of face time with people and thus have a good grasp of the language both spoken and written are essential in your job hunting prospects.

I am from India too. I moved here 3 years ago to study. And, it's been great and totally worth it.
To answer your question -
Not every college will accept you only because you've graduated. They follow a process! You have to send in your documents and make sure you score well in your IELTS.
