dear all,
can anyone tell me what are the documents to upload in Lmra for investor visa.
currently holds property owner immigration visa. and wish to change to LMRA investor visa.
i have seen a option to upload "concerned personnel certificate". what exactly it is.

can Anyone guide ??

Do you need a lawyer to draft this Partnership agreement? is this also apply in SPC .?
