For a visit visa, salary is not criteria.
But the visit visa has to be approved and sponsored by your sponsor / employer only, as expatriates are not permitted to be sponsors. Also, all paperwork has to be routed through your sponsor / employer only.
Since you would not be filling in any application forms, speak to your company PRO to do the needed.
