Issued S-pass


My S-pass was approved and my status on EP Online changed from Approved to Issued last Jan 24, 2017. However, my card has not been delivered yet.

Any reason why this might be the case?

Occasionally (but seldom) things get lost in the mail.
Your employer should call MoM and ask for a new one to be issued.

Thanks for this. I just realized my old employer hasn't returned my cancelled S-Pass to MOM. Would this be a possible reason as to why MOM hasn't delivered my card?

In Singapore, all records are electronic nowadays. There is nothing to be returned when a pass is cancelled - MoM just marks it in their database and it ceases to exist.
