Visa expire in home country

hi Everyone, I would like to ask that if I go on vacation in home country and while vacation my omani employment visa will expire is that possible I come back to oman with expire visa within a month, and after reaching in oman I can renew it?

What is the guarantee that your employer would renew your employment contract after it expires ?

This is not what I am asking you. But this is what the immigration officials in your home country would ask you before you board your flight to the Sultanate.

Without holding a valid visa to enter another country, or with a visa which has expired, no passenger would be allowed to board the flight to that country.
