Car on lease from AL YUSR

I have a friend who went for a vacation last march 2016 with an exit reentry visa. During his stay in his country he encountered a problem which made him decide not to return here in saudi arabia. Here is another problem, he has a car for lease from AL YUSR.
Here are my questions for my friend:
What will happen to the car?
Will Al Yusr go after him? If yes how?
Can anyone here has some good answers and ideas, from own experience may be, to help my friend?

The first place any will contact is his company. I am sure when he took the car, he provided details of his company, salary, rent agreement etc etc and this is where they will go. They will take the car back and if there any financial commitments they will get this from his end of service benefit from the company.
