How can I remove from MOI database my old car?

Such removal is a hectic process otherwise. You have to look for this car, escort it to the car-scrap and get a certificate from there that will be submitted to the Maroor office.

I know it is a long process that is why I would like to clear from my records while there is ample time.

Do you know anyone or agent who could help me?

My father did this to our stolen and recovered 1989 caprice. He submitted the plate and got clearance. Still he has the car in his name in MOI. But he could have 2 more cars under his name easily. So I assume that the old car listing might have the word 'decommissioned' or something like that.

Yes. You have to hand over the number plates as part of the process.

But the car is missing.  Where are the places I can searched?  Some people said it is in Baladeya.  Where I could find this place?

I will try your suggestion.  I hope somebody out there had already experienced and solved the problem.

Car istamara & No plate is must required.. but in your case you must have report to Maroor for missing car.. first they will check there system .. if its clear there is no any indecent under same No plate.. then some renewal and late fee or car istamara... You may request with excuse of final Exit, they will issue clearance certificate to remove car under your name and can submit it Maroor again to Erase car under your Name  ... My suggestion is pay some amount to your HR Mandoob and they will tack care of it. but don't pay before job done..
