Travel to Native after employment visa

Dear all,

Is anyone here know how soon one can travel back to your native after the employment visa is done. Like for an example if there is an emergency ?

Hi CKAN,

The person in question must have a valid resident card in hand, to be able to travel any time he / she has to.

Having just an employment visa would not suffice, if there is no resident card.

Hi CKAN,

Except for Visit Visa, extensions are not permissible. However, it would be better for you to check with your company PRO whether there has been any amendments done to this recently.
