Hello, i am taking my dog to England,(ferry for 6hrs) so he is in the car ! Anyone have any advice how to keep him calm,i would really like to know,he is English Setter so quite highly strung ! But i know the end of journey will be worth it   ! 6hrs is very long for me also !!! Merci !!

I suggest you ask a vet for a mild sedative to give to your dog before you head off.

I have read other posts where dog owners have done just that with no problems. The vet will need to know the general health of your dog, the type and the weight.
