How a Pakistani can get a vizit viza of Oman ?

You can obtain a visit visa. Consult the Oman Embassy in Pakistan and get the procedures of visit visa (If you don't have a relative in Oman).

I'm sorry do you want to reside in Muscat on a permanent basis (or) just do a short trip around Muscat. If you want to reside here permanently, you need to get a job and if you want to come here for a short trip, you need to get a visa from a relative / company sponsored / tourist company sponsored etc
