I am a dependent and I would be traveling to Canada soon , I wanna open a bank account here , so which bank should I opt for ?
Any bank with simple procedures ?
Do they need a minimum balance to open an account ?

NCB bank seems to follow the modern day bank procedures and service culture. I would recommend NCB. It's also good for foreign transfers anywhere.
