Any information about how to gain permanent resident in Egypt if I came from Canada?

Permanent residence is tough you nerd to own property and have quite a substantial amount of money in the bank - and I dont think even then you get it straight Away.
But you also need to confirm stiff like how much you are going to live on, medical care/insurance etc.

ok , how about getting a visiting visa and then renew it for the rest of my life, will that work?
and how much money do I have to put in the bank....
interested to get more opinion on this issue.

Although i am living in Cairo..but i think Alexandria is better less pollution not so crowded like Cairo..coast city

I would wait before you do something like that.
The new government may change the wsy thru do thing - then maybe you maybe in trouble

If I were you, I will consider staying in the new country for few months may be to see how it will go for me then I 'll decide either I stay for the rest of my life in this country or not.
