hi all

My husband has labour card which is valid for 9 months...and will get expired in another 3-4 months. And my self and my daughter r on visit visa...now if we want. Can we apply for family joining visa? Which will be valid for 2 yrs..and if we get the visa. Will it also be expired when my husbands visa gets expired?

Once your Husband visa is cancelled by the Sponsor, all his dependents visas gets cancelled automatically.

Thanks for ur immediate reply...even i read the same in website...but still got confused as my husbands co. Says that it will not get expired and they will apply again 9months visa for him...
