I have an engineer work visa and dealing with council enrollment is to take a while. What is there to do for me if I cant get my iqama during 90 days work visa validity ?
Can I still stay and pay a fine something or Can I renew this visa ? Anybody had the same issue before ?

Yes I believe you can stay there will be no problem in staying here for more than 90 days if you didnt get your iqama.

Hi..thats your sponsor's responsibility..if indeed the 90 days laps expire..your sponsor would request for another extension on your validity of stay...saudi council it takes time for the application..minimum i think two months..just always follow-up to your sponsor. By d way have you try visited the site of Saudi Engineering Council?

The validity of the new arrival is 90 days, the sponser has to get the iqama within this period. If the period passed, they there will be penalty to pay for delay in processing in Iqama.
