I asked him in PM to stop posting inappropriately on threads ("hi. Im new") and informed him that he should ask permission before adding contacts.

He replied that he was posting so that he could meet the required number of posts in order to private msg. the women here because he is looking for a girlfriend.

He then..in so many words.. told me to mind my own beeswax!

It escalated from there but I will spare all of you the lurid details LOL

But you know, this is clearly a clue about one's purpose in being here.  Many one-liners that mean nothing in a short period indicates somebody just trying to get in a sufficient number of posts so he can private msg.

note for myself: a "report user" might be useful too
