Well, put this way HCT as organization and management will never be remembered for any academic or moral values, The term wolf pack has certainly found home in the desert.

from my experience HCT is in the entertainment business, together as an organization and its VC are obsessed with false fame and basically getting his photo in the papers. HCT occasionally dish out an education meal, however HCT primary concern is keep the manic depressant VC and his mob in the local press, to get the chancellors approval.
