Question about business papers for a foreigner - renewal

I have got a business of my own in egypt. I have got a question to check what my lawyer told me. After 5 years the company papers have to be renewed. For each passed year that the company exists a sum of 600 LE have to be paid (in this case 3000LE) to apply for a renewal of the papers? Does anybody know if this is correct? kindly I need know the type of the company, the amount of the share capital for the company, The commercial purpose of the company or the type of commercial activity, and The law which governs the company ( Law No. 8 of 1997 or Law No. 159 of 1981) to can tell you if these Costs Are right or not.


anyway for your information every company pays Annual fee for the Chamber of Commerce 2/1000 Percentage of the company's capital ( as maximum of 2,000 pounds).

and you pay about 100 L.E every 5 yrs to renew the Commercial Registry.

I hope all this information is to be found on the print of the commercial register office. Dear Ms, you are welcome any time,
A- you need to know that any company have essential legal documents such as:
1- Contract of ESTABLISHMENT Company.
2- Commercial Registry.
3- Tax Card.
and maybe : Export & Import ID card.

anyway you can ask from your lawyer to translate all these documents for you and it will cost less not much.

B- I did not mean how much you pay in this company or share in it but i mean (the amount of the capital) the money which is written in the Contract of ESTABLISHMENT Company, it is not the real amount.

Thanks a lot for your time! Yes, the company is registered and has a tax card. no import and export. The capital is 200.000 LE. Regarding to the lawyer it is under the law of 1981, as commercial purpose is written: customer service of all kind. I am arranging individual travel services for guests but i am not a tour operator. He mentioned something like a "punishment fee" for the last 5 years.... I am pretty confused about that and i am getting the impression his knowledge is not very detailed. kindly try to ask from him to make a written report for you about the details by Arabic to can understand what he means exactly, and ask from him to write what the fees exactly, and the Government authorities you must pay for them these fees.
