The only other way that I know of is to fly to Bahrain, fill out your disembarkation card and get your visa at customs. Risky as they could turn you back though

Speak to your local Bahrain embassy for better information

Hi Jos

That is way risky.  No embassy here.  I need to check options.

Thanks
G

Sorry I can't help you then. I am British and we do everything online. Fingers crossed that other people on the forum can help you

Filipinos can't apply on line. That has already been mentioned but thank you for your input

Good evening everyone,

Dear G, being from Sri Lanka, you can't apply online, but you cannot get a visa on arrival in any case either.
The link proposed by Ihsanozbakir is explaining the procedure for the eVisa, but also the procedure when you are not eligible for the eVisa.

Here is what it says for someone from Sri Lanka :

Nationality:             Sri Lanka
Purpose of Visit:     Tourism
GCC Resident in:     n/a

Sorry, but there are no visas that you can apply for directly.

You must have a sponsor who can apply for a visa on your behalf. Contact one of the following for assistance:

    Your airline.
    Your intended hotel in Bahrain.
    A Bahrain travel agent.
A Bahrain company which is willing to sponsor you.
A Bahrain citizen who is willing to sponsor you.

Click here for a list of some registered sponsors in Bahrain.
Alternatively, you can contact your nearest Bahrain embassy.

The easiest way, if your purpose is Tourism is to rely on a hotel to proceed for you.

Wish you a fantastic stay in Bahrain

Cheers

Olivier
