got a job offer from oversea company of SR 4000 and counfused

hi and assalm o alukm
i am new here and its my first post
i am from pak BSC in Electronic Engineer.
i got a offer of 4000 SR + single accommodation +medical+pick and drop+medical and other benefits according to Saudi law
i have just 4 month experience .i apply to a oversea company and they select me by telling me that if they arrange job for me they will take 50 percent of my first salry.when i asked about the company they tell me ALZAMIL GROup (zamil.com/index.php?lang=ent his company )
i am little bit nervous and confuse.
what they ask from me that i have to sign an aggrement in which they mention that after getting job offe letter visa and air tick i have to pay 50 percent of my salry to recruitment company then i can go join alzamil company as an engineer .
give me some piece of dvice

As an Engineer, this package is very low.

But to avail this opportunity is also a good thing, please ask them how much time you have to pay your half salary to them and who will be your sponsor? Also asl them what would be my profession on iqama.
