So I've been cooking lately but things don't taste the same as they do in the States.

Anybody else think that the ground beef here has a strange taste?

Or is it dependent upon where you buy it? I know in the States, some chains of supermarkets have better quality meats than others.

Why dont you try Americana Ground meat I think Tamimi stocks them also othaim. Its frozen, comes in a cylinderical plastic , it tastes good. There are many brands out there , i think you have to go through trial and error untill you get the brand which tastes best for you.

Best meat you can get here is from SOUNBOLA market ... there is one in Olaya ...

I prefer the taste of the meat baxck hoime in Asia where the cattle are allowed to roam freely and eat what they please off the land rather than being fed with specific GNC type proteins, vitamins, and man-made fatteners.

The same goes for Chicken and all other meats and fish.
