Need assistance to get a job in UK

Hi All,

I'm a software consultant form India where I need some help to know how to get a job in UK form India. Also I dont have proper visa (like HSMP) to stay in UK. But I have 1 year work experience in Edinburgh where I came in Tier2 visa which was sponsered by my company and it was expired on mid of this year.

So, I just want to know, is there any chance that i could get a job in UK from india without holding a proper visa or is there any chance to get visa first and finding job after landed in UK.
