Hi,
Can anyone answer any (or all) of these questions?

My family (hubby and young children) looking at a major move to Edinburgh.  I've never been there.

1.  ARe public schools good/safe?
2.  Is there any GOOD flamenco there?  (Classes and shows.)
3.  Is Edinburgh kid-friendly?
4.  Do you feel safe there?
5.  What's the weather really like???

Thanks so much!

Christine

I lived in Edinburgh as an expat for years. Our kids went to public school ie private education and the standard is good. There are also well thought of local schools.
It does rain a fair bit and can be windy.
If you are looking for a flat, we have one to let in a great  neighbourhood, with local schools and public schools within easy walking distance, so many of the kids around the area who go there also live in the area.
