Non Renewal of contract by an employer

Hello everyone,

I am working in a private company in Saudi Arabia. My company notified me my end of service by non-renewal of contract from next year onwards before two months of the contract expiry date. I served the notice period and on the last day made clearance and handover every stuff back to the company.

During this period I started searching another job. I got successful in getting job and applied for a iqama transfer through QIWA. After my last working day my Company extended the contract for next year on QIWA and didn't take my consent on it. Also they increase notice period on QIWA by three months.

Result is I am sitting idle at my home waiting for them to minimise the notice period to zero date but they are. Ot doing it.

Under such circumstances, I think this is violation of labour law. What should I do? Any suggestions. Shall I lodge a complain to MOL or stay silent at home?
