Transfer of sponsorship under Notice period of completion

Hello everyone. I am completing my notice period of 90 days, my iqama will expire on March 16, and my notice period will end on April 28th. My new contract will start on Feb 11. Should I start with them on Feb 11? My new employer told me its okay. But I am afarid that my current employer will not give me my end service benefits and also they can file a case against me.

Please I badly need your help.
