Manneke Pis

CHEAP AND NICE ROOM AVAILABLE NOW IN A 6 PEOPLE HOUSE : 377 EUR : 4m/6m, wooden floor, high ceiling, lovely rococo marble fireplace, very bright due to the big windows (south-west) along the boulevard (double glass windows). The price includes everything (electricity, water, heating, internet, ...). The house is a typical Brussels “maison de maître” constructed around 1900, a bit ageing but full of charms. The common spaces are amazing big and cosy: A garden full of flowers trees and bushes, a big living room (eating room + salon) a kitchen, toilet, three bathrooms (+WC) and cellar/ basement all under the house (wash machine, place for bicycles and stuff) The house is very well situated (metro Georges-Henri or Diamant, highway E40) not far from the European institutions and close to a lot of shops and services. The actual average age is about 29. Interested? Contact me via facebook or just call on my phone: 0494/59.98.56.
