You cannot purchase a work visa or sponsorship

That aside, you didn't mention what education, skills, and experience you have, nor whether or not you speak Romanian adequately to work with locals.  So it's difficult to say if you would even qualify for the very limited amount of work visas remaining this year.

My 66-year-old Romanian mother-in-law literally does both of those jobs currently.  Neither are jobs that will qualify for a work visa, as I pointed out, locals can do them and they already speak Romanian.

Sorry, but your prospects of getting a work visa are very low.

No, it isn't that simple.  Romania only allocates 70k work visas this year to non-EU nationals, most are already issued at this point in the year.  Most go to IT, medical professionals, company management, some educators at universities.  An employer, even an agency as you say.....must prove the job cannot be filled by a qualified Romanian or other EU national first.  Housekeepers are not a highly-skilled trade.   If someone can hire my MIL who has not even a high school diploma to clean homes and work in a pharmaceutical factory, why should an employer go through the trouble of applying for a work visa and taking on the associated costs of bringing someone from abroad?  Like, I mentioned before...the employer must pay the costs, not you.  You cannot "pay everything" and purchase an immigration visa.

The thing is an employer is not going to spend all the time with the paperwork when they can employ someone from 26 other EU countries that do not need a visa. It's not you it's anyone from outside the EU.

You still don't understand, do you? You cannot buy your way into a work visa, you must QUALIFY for one.  An offer of money on your part is not one of the requirements.

On the other hand recently when in my last visit to RO  i was surprised when i see a waiter who doesn't speak Romanian.
