@joynmichael In Oman, the employment landscape is structured in a way that mandates exclusive engagement with the sponsoring company. The labour law framework restricts any involvement with other companies or entities. It's important to be aware of and respect this requirement in order to ensure compliance with Oman's labor regulations.

Also one could set up a 100% expatriate owned Company and apply for a "Business Partner Visa".
