registration with sce as a technician while having engineering degree

i am civil engineer by profession graduated on 31-aug-2019 and i'll be eligible for engineering accreditation by 31-aug-2024. currently i am in saudi arabia working on iqama with profession of quality monitor now company has asked me to get register with sce now what should I do.

register myself as a technician and upload my civil engineering degree in documents?
try to get register as a technician?
